What is a CMS?

A CMS (short for Content Management System) is a computer application that allows publishing, editing and modifying content, organizing, deleting as well as maintenance from a central interface. Such systems of content management provide procedures to manage workflow in a collaborative environment. These procedures can be manual steps or an automated cascade. CMSs are often used to run websites containing blogs, news, and shopping. Many corporate and marketing websites use CMSs. CMSs typically aim to avoid the need for hand coding, but may support it for specific elements or entire pages. (Source: Wikipedia). In other words, A CMS is a nifty computer app that lets you manage website content even if you don’t have any techie skills.

Who is Enrim Content Management for?

While we do provide WordPress services (WordPress is probably the most effective and convenient CMS out there), for some clients WordPress may not be the best solution, simply because the client is looking for a quick solution that doesn’t require much time or expertise from the client. Enrim CMS works best for clients who have a plain HTML/CSS website and want to manage website content without any technological skills (if you are not sure what kind of website you have and how you can update it, contact us or call 347-815-0647). We also provide optional one-time training of Enrim CMS to make sure you are comfortable with our system.

How would you get Enrim CMS?
